New Years Honour: Stephen Stehlin, New Zealand

Television producer Stephen Stehlin becomes a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to Pacific Island television broadcasting and the arts.

Stehlin is the producer of the television programme Tagata Pasifika, which covers news and events concerning Pacific people. Stephen Stehlin has worked on the programme since it began in 1987.
